I tried my very best to get out a blog post yesterday but after spending hours reading about Na and Ng. I was still extremely confused. So instead of putting out a 10 word blog post saying that I am confused and still doesn’t know what these words mean. I decided that I should wait another day.
So after having all this extra time I soon realised that Ng and Na have different meanings depending upon the context. For example there will be times when Na means now and other times when it can be used to link a verb and noun together. This is also the same for Ng which can mean of but can also have no direct translation depending upon how the word is used. I know that this is only a basic understanding of these words. So I will continue to learn how to use Na and Ng.
But I did manage to develop a good understanding of Ko. Which simple means I, my or mine.
But don’t worry, I didn’t spend two entire days just trying to learn these words. I also managed to learn and memorise.
Linggo – Week
Taon – Year
Bukas – Tomorrow
Kahapon – Yesterday
Kalendaryo – Calendar
So before I end, I would like to inform you that my goal for tomorrow is to learn another five words.
